Is it free for patients?
Yes. Patients never pay the platform. You only pay your doctor's fee, at the clinic or online when available.
How long is the free trial for doctors?
Every new doctor gets a free trial with all features — 30 days by default. Our team can adjust it when we approve your account.
How do doctors pay the subscription?
By Whish Money, OMT, bank transfer or cash collected by our representative. Yearly plans get two months free.
What happens if a subscription is not renewed?
After a 7-day grace period, your profile is hidden from search and new online bookings pause. You keep read-only access to all your data — nothing is deleted.
Is my medical data safe?
Documents are encrypted and never public. Every view or change of a medical record is logged, and doctor and admin accounts use two-factor authentication. We follow Lebanon's Law 81/2018 on personal data.
Which languages are supported?
Arabic (right-to-left), English and French across the website, portals and app.
Can I book for my parents or children?
Family profiles are coming soon, so you can book and follow visits for relatives — even from abroad.
